Quotes That Will Improve Your Marriage

Hi Friends!

My name is Sierra and I blog over at Sierra's View. Now, I don't know about you all, but Pinterest is my BFF. On nights, when I am just not in the mood to do, well, anything….Pinterest and I hang out. I love finding Life Quotes that relate to what is happening in my life. It's nice to find solace and advice from other sources.

Now, I wish I could say that my marriage is perfect. That my husband (whom I call T-Money, just FYI) and I have it all figured out. But, alas, we don't. We make a lot of mistakes. I love my husband and I feel like we have grown so much over the little while that we have been married, but we are constantly learning and growing together. So, I wanted to explain some quotes that I put all over my house (because I am super domestic, duh) that T Money and I have discussed and help our relationship.

Here's us. Aren't we cute? :)

Okay, now, let's get to the good stuff.

Your friendship should never end when you are married. You should continue to play, have fun, go explore together just like you did when you were dating. A friendship in a marriage is HUGE.

Because, let's face it. You want to be with someone who understand when to "be quiet." You want that kind of relationship where you can sit in a car for an hour and not talk and have it be comfortable. You want them to know what things you love so much, they allow you to savor it and bask in it. Those are the little details of marriage that make it so perfect.

There's not much I need to add to this. I'll leave it at that :)

Trials will come in your marriage. Thats a part of life. But it is important to remember that when things are rock bottom, it can only go up from there. Things do get better. They will. Just hold on tight.

I sort of mentioned this before, but I believe this one to be huge. You need a place to feel safe and your marriage and your home should be that place. You should never have to feel uncomfortable or feel like you need to walk on egg shells. Marriage is about security. It's about true vulnerability. And that is when deep love grows even deeper…when you are vulnerable.
